Flickrとの連携は?

Flickrとの連携は、どうやるのだろう？と探ってみたが.....？
Blog ItというBookmarkletがあったので、それを使ってみましたが、
これでいいのでしょうか？

あるいは、画像の挿入からFlickrのアドレを入れ追加ボタンを押して、 画像挿入。
